Five months of surviving. Changing. Growing. And did I mention surviving? The past five months have included:
-my oldest child graduating and moving two hours away; -our valuable primary writer and social media manager taking time off to have a beautiful baby boy; -our also valuable business assistant taking another job which limited her work time with us; and -some weird unexpected health stuff that threw me off my game.
All this to say… it’s been a while since I’ve worked on my own business. Thankfully, I had the blessing of hosting a summer intern who jumped in head-first to help maintain services to clients. I really don’t know what I would have done without her!
And now I’m back. After reading the book When by Daniel Pink (highly recommend), I discovered that the beginning of the month is a good time for new beginnings. So here we are, at a new beginning. It’s time to get back to sharing and growing together.
What do you want to begin today? A refresh of a New Years resolution? A new business idea? A new service for your customers?
Start today! (Or Tuesday, since it’s Labor Day as I’m posting this.) Let’s begin again together.
